Who we are
Jaxvik collects personal information only through the Rostid early-access sign-up, its app survey, and email you send us. This policy covers jaxvik.com and the products on it, including Rostid and Jaxenroll.
Jaxvik LLC (“Jaxvik”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software company headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and is responsible for the information described here. Questions go to hello@jaxvik.com.
What we collect

We don’t collect anything else, and we don’t use analytics or advertising tools.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing hello@jaxvik.com, and we’ll delete your sign-up.
Who we share it with
Only our service providers: Netlify, which hosts jaxvik.com and stores form submissions for us, and an email service provider, when we send the early-access email. They handle your information on our behalf and under our instructions. Netlify is based in the United States, so your information is stored there.
If you’re in the EU, UK or Switzerland, transfers of your information to Netlify in the US rely on Netlify’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses as a fallback.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We would disclose it only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it

Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. On the Rostid page, it keeps one item in your browser’s session storage: a random ID that lets the apps you pick count toward your early-access priority, even if you answer and sign up separately. It’s cleared when you close the tab and isn’t used for anything else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Email hello@jaxvik.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re in the EU, UK or another place with a data protection authority, you can also complain to that authority. We don’t sell or share personal information as US state privacy laws define those terms.
Children
Our products are for businesses and aren’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change. For material changes, we’ll also email anyone on the Rostid early-access list.
